Surfer Girls | Edwina Etheridge

Edwina is an emerging Australian artist living in the Northern Rivers. Originally from Sydney, she spent over ten years working in England and exploring Europe.

Edwina studied at the National Art School in Sydney, before completing a degree in Fine Arts at College of Fine Arts at UNSW. She works across a range of mediums including ink, pastels, watercolours, acrylics, gouache and oils, and finds inspiration in the human form, nature, and moments from everyday life. Edwina loves experimenting with abstract and impressionist styles, especially when it comes to playing with vibrant colours.

Edwina has donated two surfer girls, each one is capturing a woman doing something she loves alone. It’s the essence of true independence and self belief. Created in oils & acrylics the work has a neon energy and reflects that vibrant electric feeling of surfing.
